Job Description

SelectTech has experienced tremendous growth in its airworthy roll-on roll-off transportation systems and is seeking a Logistician to join a mission focused team. The Logistician will analyze and oversee the organization’s supply chain and the life cycle of assigned products from acquisition through distribution, delivery, and, when necessary, discontinuation.

Essential Functions
- Communicates with customers and/or support staff to understand customers’ needs and to ensure those needs are met.
- Coordinates availability and allocation of materials, supplies, and finished products.
- Creates and/or deploys project management tools and systems; implements plans, schedules, and compliance metrics.
- Collects or oversees the collection of product and project performance data; analyzes data for further product development and improvement.
- Identifies opportunities to reduce costs, production time, and other areas lacking efficiency; recommends improvements.
- Prepares reports and presents project plans, progress, and results.
- Will be responsible for following all company safety policies and regulations.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or related field.
- Five years related experience required.
- Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory management
- Strong team player
- Extensive knowledge of acquisitions and distribution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
