Job Description
The Government Property Manager/Logistician is a hands-on and professional role with a broad responsibility requirement.  Logistics at SelectTech focuses on our roll/on roll/off portfolio of products.  Our primary customer for this work is the Air Force. This position will oversee the administration and operation of company government property.  At SelectTech, this means the development and improvement of compliant processes, planning systems, and the physical tracking of issuance/receipt/disposition, etc. of all GFP/GFE. 

Essential Functions
  • Develop, refine, and assure compliance with all GFP policies and processes to ensure FAR compliance with prime and sub-contract requirements for GFP management across contracts for the company.
  • Oversight of accountable tools and CA/CRL accounts, and associated paperwork processing.
  • Create, edit, perform appropriate analysis, and maintain compliance with contract CDRL reporting and compliance requirements such as ILSP (Integrated Logistics and Support Plan), and LORA (Level of Repair Analysis).
  • Participate in relevant company Logistics IPTs for contract execution as Logistics lead for the company.
  • Manage and oversee interface with DCMA during appropriate GFP and GFE audits.
  • Submit content to monthly status reviews pertaining to contract logistics actions in support of contract logistics requirements.
  • Perform field-level spare reviews and internal audits to ensure all activities are compliant with contract requirements.
  • Support integration of all compliant logistics policies and procedures into AS9100 procedures to ensure complementary process standards.  All SelectTech work facilities are AS9100 certified.
  • Interface with contracting to incorporate, transfer, and remove government property from contracts according to operational need. 
  • Disposition processing for all GFP in supply account systems for spare parts, tool, and inventory tracking.  Examples include BSI, and Cost point.
  • In partnership with the operations team: perform cycle counts, annual inventory, and other tracking audits as required by contract procedures.
  • This position has supervisory responsibility for the Tool Manager. Will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and appraising job results within the department. Conducts training. Implements and enforces SelectTech systems, policies, and procedures.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Five (5) years related experience required.
  • Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory management
  • Strong team player
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable in FAR, GFP/GFE policies and processes, and applicable property regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work independently or in a team environment is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Must be detail oriented and organized.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information.
  • Must be able to qualify for a Secret Security Clearance, if necessary
