As a 2022 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars. and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 6, 2022 and conclude on August 12, 2022.
About The Team
The Discover RMO team is a unique team within FIS. On our team, we are servicing our clients on Discovers' behalf. You will find that our team is almost like our very own acquirer. We support all settlement, reporting, servicing, and projects on Discovers' behalf. We partner very closely with Discover in all areas of our business.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be assisting our Business Analysts with project requirement review
User story creation in Rally
UAT validation (reports, pricing, merchant setup)
Defect validation (reports, pricing, merchant setup)
PI planning readiness including:
User story refinement
User story priority
Ensuring that our IT partners are given a list of priorities we need to accomplish for each PI
Reviewing our Tech specs to ensure they have been updated correctly to match the requirements
What You Bring
Rising Senior (graduating December 2022 through May 2023)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
