Job Description-

The Administrative Support role will support Rotex's Aftermarket Sales and Service team onsite at our Cincinnati, OH location. This is a fixed
term contract position estimated to be 4 months in length.
Work You'll Do:
Assist in scheduling of field service visits.
Work with customers to obtain updated purchase orders for contractual service
Coordinate with service representatives to help complete invoicing of service trips
Assist in drafting international shipping documentation for parts orders
Administer quote follow-up on high and medium potential proposals
Notate accounts as appropriate with customer responses
Support Resolution team by providing customer status on orders
Team:
This role will support our team of aftermarket sales and service and will be an integral function in supporting daily administrative functions.

Basic Qualifications:
Basic Microsoft Office Suite experience
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
High school Diploma
