The ERP Business Analyst will support projects, implementations, and training content within our Dynamics 365 ERP system with a focus on Operational process development. They will be the bridge between the Operations and IT groups, with the working knowledge to partner with the IT team on technical detail. This role will also be the primary content expert for ERP training content and learning focus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Scope Operational Process Improvement opportunities within our ERP functions. This will require a thorough understanding of Production, Warehouse, Planning, Logistics, and Training.
  • Manage and drive project development and implementation based on those opportunities.
  • Support the development of training content for both existing and new Operations processes in the ERP system.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with impactive departments outside of Ops, most importantly with the IT (GIST) group, but also L&D, Supply Chain, and CE.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • BS in applicable field preferred
  • 6+ Years ERP Analysis experience
  • 3+ Years Dynamics 365/AX7 experience
  • Background in Manufacturing Operations
  • Background in ERP Process development and deployment
  • Technical understanding of ERP systems, with the ability to troubleshoot; D365 preferred.
  • Experience with training content and L&D preferred
  • PMP Certification preferred

Skills & Competencies
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint focus)
  • Expert in system assessment tools, i.e., Process Mapping, fit-gap analysis
  • Expert in ERP functionality, logic, syntax, and troubleshooting
  • Well-developed and effective cross-departmental teamwork skills
  • Strong communicator; able to be clear and concise to broad audiences.
  • Managing to deadlines while also maintaining quick adaptability
