We are currently looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor within our Shared Services Talent Acquisition team who will primarily support our Specialty Alloys & Components business unit located in Albany, Oregon. This role will be a hybrid work structure with 2 days in office.

Our talent acquisition team solves our hiring needs by applying industry best practices and their knowledge of the recruitment landscape to identify, assess and deliver top talent to our internal customers. Our Talent Acquisition team recruits for salaried positions including, but not limited to, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D, Accounting/Finance, HR.

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a high-touch and positive candidate experience, consistently branding ATI in the marketplace; developing effective sourcing strategies / executing on those strategies; effectively phone screen candidates to ensure a strong candidate pool and ultimately a strong quality of hire; building talent pools/pipelines; and driving adherence and consistency in the recruitment and interview process to ensure a fair, consistent assessment and selection process.

A successful Sr. Talent Acquisition Advisor must quickly learn ATI and uses their talent acquisition knowledge to build strong relationships, influence hiring managers, and become a trusted talent acquisition business partner to our customers.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hiring strategy discussions with hiring managers to intimately learn about the business and functional area in which you are recruiting, the key performance objectives of the role, the position value proposition, and the experiences and competencies that are required of the position.
  • Define the best go-to market strategy and execute relevant sourcing activities through LinkedIn, Indeed, professional and industry groups and associations, job boards, direct search, social media, and other sourcing/recruitment avenues.
  • Execute on established diversity outreach, sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver high quality candidate management through our ATS (ADP RM) including reviewing and evaluating candidate applications/resumes and appropriately dispositioning candidates in a time manner.
  • Partner with hiring teams on creating and delivering competency-based interview guides and assessment formats.
  • Provide strong service delivery to hiring managers through frequent communication that includes providing recruitment updates and gathering feedback on candidates.
  • Participate in or lead talent special projects within talent acquisition.
  • Adhere to performance goals and standards.
  • Participate in campus recruitment activities and building the ATI brand on campus.
  • Attend networking and professional events, as well as career fairs.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
  • Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements.
  • May participate in on-site face to face interviews.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least three years of full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience for exempt engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles.

Or

  • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree at least seven years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for engineering, technical and manufacturing roles.

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications)

  • At least seven years of full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience for exempt engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles.
  • Recruiting experience in metals or aerospace & defense.
  • Combined experience in corporate recruiting as well as external agency recruitment.

  • Exhibits strong professionalism and has proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to travel (10%) to visit business locations.
  • Ability to work remote with minimal supervision.
