What makes this role important at Ipsos?

As a Senior Market Research Manager (Internally known as Senior Account Manager), you will manage research projects for leading companies. You will work collaboratively amongst the team to assist in uncovering and communicating key insights, context and actionable strategies on all the research projects you work on.

What you can expect to be doing:

Provides strategic consultation to help client understand the research questions/methodologies to address key business challenges

Seeks to understand how research fits into broader category/brand growth plans

Leads the client to a better design despite possible push-back

Exercises strong leadership skills in interactions with clients

Builds strong relationships with clients andleverages category/brand expertiseto influence client's thinking on research design, insights and implications, as well as overall business decision making

Identifies opportunities to deliver a more holistic solution via integrating a myriad of relevant knowledge sources

This might be the job for you if you have:

Completed Bachelor's Degree, master's level education an asset

At least 3 years of market research experience.

Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information

Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy

Basic knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools a plus

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation

Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule and budget

Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines

Thrives within a team environment

Excellent written & verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $to $ Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
