The Digital Marketing Manager - Analytics leads a team of data analysts and data specialists to provide holistic reporting and deep diagnostic analysis of marketing and communication initiatives across digital channels including advertising, web, SEO, email/marketing automation and social media. He or she is primarily responsible for setting a strategic vision for digital marketing analytics as a function and ensuring timely, accurate and thorough performance reporting and analysis is delivered to internal stakeholders.

The analytics manager collaborates with Center of Excellence (COE) functional leads to define reporting and analysis needs, including working with the Sales and Market Insights (SMI) and Digital Experience and Technology (DXT) teams to identify self-service data opportunities, establish dashboards and inform product development roadmaps for the data and reporting capabilities of the digital marketing tech stack.

This role is an advocate for data-driven decision making - and is a collaborative educator for the right use of the right data across Marketing and Communications, Marketing & Growth (CMG). The digital marketing analytics manager has a dotted line connection to the SMI team and actively participates in shared training and development to ensure a consistent perspective on data manipulation, data integration, benchmarking, KPIs, etc.

Essential Duties:

Functional lead responsibilities:

* Understand digital marketing channels, marketing strategies and Communications, Marketing & Growth (CMG) business goals and design data analysis reporting systems to support effective and efficient performance monitoring and opportunity analysis

* Serve as a key stakeholder and collaborator with SMI and DXT on the development of data toolsets and integrations

* Manage project requests and oversee task assignments to ensure work is delivered effectively and efficiently

* Establish a communication cadence with key internal stakeholders to stay ahead of new requests and ensure analytics team is providing the right insights to make effective decisions

* Coach across teams to ensure tasks and work product supports data governance and integration needs

* Identify trends that may inform strategy or process shifts for other areas of CMG

Data analysis, insight and reporting responsibilities:

* Recommend and gain buy in on standard monthly performance reporting for demand generation campaigns

* Collaborate with functional leads and DXT to establish channel benchmarks for RSM and industry

* Review regular performance reports to validate and consider cross-enterprise trends/anomalies

* Run reports or conduct deep dive diagnostics as needed

Team manager responsibilities:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, computer science or data science, or 4 years equivalent business experience

TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS

* Expert understanding of multichannel sales and marketing strategy

* Expert understanding and hands on experience with data analysis and visualization tools, required (i.e.PowerBI. Excel, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Domo, etc)

* Understanding of SQL, preferred

* Understanding of enterprise marketing tech stack (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Dynamics CRM, HootSuite, Google, SEMrush, etc)

EXPERIENCE

* 8+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics roles, with a preference for large organization or professional services experience

* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role; preferred

* Ability to communicate data stories effectively to a variety of audiences

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

* Able to project management multiple initiatives simultaneously

* Ability to influence marketing and business leaders to understand and make data-based decisions on marketing campaigns and tactics

* Coaching and developing individual contributors in technical and soft skill

* Ability to identify and develop processes to improve team performance

Compensation Range: $87,800 - $162,200 |
