BASIC FUNCTIONS

  • Manually compound, filter and/or dispense finished products and/or intermediates.
  • Movement of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to and from the warehouse.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compounding - compounding of liquid flavors and /or intermediates
  • Filtering - filtering of liquid compounded batches
  • Filling - filling of liquid finished goods for shipment
  • Running - the movement of materials between liquids and the warehouse.
  • All areas - work is executed within the departments Quality expectations

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 6 Months' time in service after completion of core new hire department-specific training
  • No current written warnings for attendance
  • No written warnings for Safety issues in the last six months
  • Demonstrates interpersonal skills - fosters positive relationships with team members.
  • Adhere to Standard site Promotion qualifications.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Basic math, reading, and recordkeeping skills.
  • Compliance with systems/programs similar to Givaudan's Quality, EH&S, and Food Safety programs. Compliance with applicable Local, State, and Federal regulatory requirements as defined by Givaudan procedures/policies. Compliance with applicable 3rd party certification requirements as defined by Givaudan procedures/policies.
  • Fork truck certification is required.
