Job Title: Japanese bilingual Staff Accountant
Location: Fairfield, OH (on-site)
Work hour: 8:00am - 4:30pm
FLSA: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Direct Hire

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Staff Accountant in Fairfield, OH. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, responsibilities include processing day-to-day accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and monthly reporting. The qualified candidate must be Japanese bilingual and possess 0-3 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining accurate financial records across various accounts.
Utilizing and enter a data into financial software and Excel to maintain accurate data.
Handling accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
Verifying transactions, including check issuance and wire transfers.
Collaborating with the accounting team to produce essential financial reports.
Managing client accounts information, vendor inquiries, and extended payment negotiations.
Performs all other duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.

Qualifications:
Bilingual in Japanese - business level speaking/reading/writing required.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business field preferred.
0-3 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
