Staffmark is hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Operator for a supplier of precision-machined components and assemblies in Tipp City, OH. Shift Details:

  • Pay: $18-$22 per hour
  • 1st and 2nd shift availability working four 10-hour days, Monday-Thursday
  • 1st shift starting between 4 am-8 am and 2nd shift starting between 2 pm-5 pm
  • Opportunities for overtime on Fridays
  • Lifting Requirements: 50 pounds
  • Temp-to-hire but could be a direct-hire with adequate work experience


The CNC Lathe Operator will be responsible for performing their own set-ups, making adjustments, changing tooling, documenting in-process inspections, and working with minimal supervision. Okuma, Hurco, and Haas's experience is a plus.
