Job Description

Pay rates: $21-$24/hr (Based on experience.)

Shifts available:
  • 1st: 7a-3p
  • 2nd: 3p-11p
  • 3rd: 11p-7a
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a crucial role in our production process. Responsibilities include:
  • Safely operating production machines
  • Setup, operation, and cleanup
  • Recommending improvements to meet customer demand
  • Maximizing equipment utilization and efficiency
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Training and assisting team members
  • Completing necessary reports accurately and promptly
  • Adhering to production schedules and making recommendations for optimization
We're looking for candidates with a high school diploma or GED, and preference will be given to those with 6 months of prior experience in the packaging industry or manufacturing operations.
