Dynamo is hiring an Acquisition Logistics Manager supporting the HQ AFMC/A4/10 functional lead for logistics program integration on HQ AFMC/A4/10 integration programs. Personnel should have experience with AF inventory management processes, Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes, base and depot supply and warehouse functions, AF wholesale and retail IT systems, business case studies, operational research and maintenance, supply data, and IT analyses.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for the FIAR program include:

  • Developing, coordinating, and executing various FIAR initiatives, including audit plans and corrective action plans.
  • Documenting division milestones and risks, and briefing AFMC/A4/10 leadership.
  • Overseeing all audit phases and collaborating with process owners on documentation and workflows.
  • Participating in audit evaluations, coordinating external auditors' compliance results, and assisting with responses to findings.
  • Facilitating working groups, providing recommendations for material weakness remediation, and drafting various documents such as Memorandum of Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Liaising between logistics community, financial management, and external auditors.
  • Providing procedural and policy recommendations to comply with FIAR mandates.
  • Assisting with strategic and policy requirements, drafting requirements documentation, and coordinating with interfacing partners.
  • Providing advisory and assistance support to the Government on enterprise asset management program tasks.
  • Supporting development of AF policy changes, conducting procedural reviews, and assisting with the development and implementation of contractor-supported weapon system programs.
  • Assisting with ensuring ILS-S objectives are considered on assigned programs and participating in logistics management coordination and integration.

Additionally, responsibilities include providing management and technical support services, evaluating, and recommending modifications to SCM documentation, and assisting with the AF Logistics Reassignment (LR) program.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience with AF enterprise logistics program oversight, including:
    • Analyzing program directives
    • Reviewing execution plans
    • Preparing and conducting briefings
  • Support for AF SCM logistics, including:
    • Policy, procedures, and program planning
    • Depot and base inventory procedures
    • Organic depot maintenance procedures
    • Nuclear Weapons-Related Materiel (NWRM)
    • Provisioning, cataloging, and requirements forecasting.
    • Critical asset management and equipment management
    • Materiel management systems and weapon systems support
    • Demilitarization, reclamation, and Joint Service/agency support programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of AF supply processes outlined in applicable AF and DoD guidance and regulations
  • Working level experience with systems like Stock Control System (SCS), Distribution Standard System (DSS), and Integrated Logistics System-Supply (ILS-S)
  • Facilitation of integration, communication, and coordination across SCM disciplines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines, and maintain detailed project plans and workflows
  • Excellent communication, change management, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills to build relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed
  • Ability to work independently with various functional communities

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Depot Maintenance and wholesale experience

Education and Experience:

  • Fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience or,
  • BS/BA and twelve (12) years of relevant experience or,
  • MS/MA and ten (10) years of relevant experience

Travel Requirement:

  • Travel - Approximately four to five 1-week duration trips per year
  • Telework - The Government may permit telework by contractor employees when determined to be in the best interest of the Government

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active or Ability to Obtain a Secret Clearance
