ACE Intern (High School Student)
Each year, Gensler's internclass represents the best emerging talent from schools around the world. Internships in each of our offices provide unique hands-on experience in real projects, working side by side with our design teams and clients.
Gensler's Chicago office will invite a high school student to join our creative studio environment for a 8 week part-time, paid internship opportunity, beginning in June.
Your Role
As a Gensler intern, you will be fully integrated into design teams, participating hands-on in design exercises and collaborating directly with team members. Participants will also enjoy the rich culture of our firm and the broader office community through a number of learning resources focused on supporting your professional licensure efforts, LEED training, Revit skills, and other unique learning opportunities.

Ideal applicants:
are outstanding studentsinterested inarchitecture program (or the foreign equivalent), interior design program, or design program (including but not limited to: industrial design, strategy, or branded environments/graphics).
are leaders at their school, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
have participated in the ACE Mentorship program
are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite tools,
have a working knowledge of AutoCad and Revit
have 3-D rendering skills including knowledge of Sketch-up, 3ds Max, and Rhino, and
