Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Friday: 8 AM - 3 PM

About the Role:

As our Front Desk Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes our patients, parents, and guardians. Your primary responsibility is to handle all front office functions, ensuring our patients feel valued and prioritized from the moment they step through the door.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, parents, and guardians to provide exceptional service.
  • Coordinate front office activities and ensure smooth operations.
  • Travel between multiple locations as needed to support our practice.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to maintain positive working relationships.
  • Customer Service: Pleasant demeanor and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills with all staff and management.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and perform duties in a timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PC usage and quick to learn new programs as required.
