Organizational Transformation and Change Consultant

This is an opportunity to create efficiency within Aerospace missions. As a change management consultant, you'lluse your expertise to help your team assess howalternationswill impact business processes and design to develop and implement client strategies. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, your team will provide your client with a holistic view of their organizationto transformtheir practices.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with applying process improvement frameworks to transformation efforts in the public or private sector

  • Ability to apply frameworks aligned to strategy and transformation efforts in the public sector

  • Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decision and major change initiatives

  • Ability to develop presentations and work products using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Public Policy

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Air Force Reserve or Guard health benefit programs

  • Experience in the Air Force Reserve or Guard

  • Experience with developing Quality Assurance Programs (QAPs)

  • Experience with interpreting and analyzing policy

  • Experience with planning and executing the management of workshops

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt Certification

  • PROSCI Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
